Your responsibilities will include: Weekly Payroll Processing Processing weekly payroll end-to-end, ensuring all hours, overtime, and deductions are calculated accurately and deadlines are met. Payroll Administration Managing day-to-day payroll tasks including starters, leavers, updating employee records, and maintaining accurate data. Statutory Payments Calculating and administering SSP, SMP, and SPP in line with current legislation. Pensions & Auto-Enrolment Supporting pension processes, including auto-enrolment, employee assessments, and handling opt-ins/opt-outs. Employee Support Acting as a first point of contact for payroll queries, providing clear and helpful information to employees. Compliance & Accuracy Ensuring all payroll processes comply with HMRC regulations and are completed with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
