Non-Food Production Environment
Day Shift
06:30 - 14:30
Monday to Friday
£12.70 per hour
Night Shift
22:30 - 06:30
Sunday to Thursday
£15.89 per hour
The Role
We are currently recruiting Production Operatives for our client based in Kirmington. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production team with immediate starts available.
Duties Include:
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Carrying out manual handling duties as required
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Reporting any faults, defects, or issues to supervisors
Keeping workstations organised and free from hazards
What We're Looking For:
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
Good communication skills
Previous production experience is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
