We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a prestigious client based in Bridgwater. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for ongoing, reliable work delivering milk to retail stores.
The role involves caged deliveries with a small amount of multidrop, typically to a handful of stores per shift.
Rates of Pay
- Day Shift (04:00 - 18:00)
- Monday to Friday: £16.57 per hour
- Saturday: £18.55 per hour
- Sunday & Bank Holidays: £24.48 per hour
- Night Shift (18:00 - 04:00)
- Monday to Friday: £18.88 per hour
- Saturday: £21.14 per hour
- Sunday & Bank Holidays: £27.94 per hour
Job Description
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be delivering milk to retail stores. You'll be responsible for ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and on time while maintaining excellent driving standards. This role involves:
- Delivering milk to retail stores.
- Caged deliveries.
- A small number of store drops per shift.
- Following all transport and road safety regulations.
- Working with a modern, well-maintained fleet.
