The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse and assembly operations, ensuring products are assembled, checked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products accurately and efficiently following work instructions.
- Pick and prepare components for the assembly team to maximise productivity.
- Carry out quality control checks on completed products.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch, ensuring all items are packaged securely and to the required standard.
- Assist with stock control, perpetual inventory checks, and stock takes.
- Support colleagues across the warehouse and production areas as required.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Carry out any other reasonable warehouse and operational duties.
