Lighting Assembler Monday to Thursday | 7:30am - 5:15pm 37-hour working week We're looking for a hands-on Lighting Assembler to join a busy manufacturing team, assembling and wiring high-quality lighting products. 💷 Pay & Benefits £13.95 per hour, increasing to £14.86 per hour after 12 weeks Overtime available on Fridays at an enhanced rate Monday to Thursday working pattern - enjoy a 3-day weekend! Please note: The working pattern may change to a 5-day week to meet business needs. 🔧 What You'll Be Doing Assembling lighting products and components Wiring units using technical drawings and diagrams Basic soldering, crimping, and cable preparation Carrying out quality checks and testing Using hand and power tools safely Completing production paperwork accurately Maintaining a clean and organised work area ✅ What We're Looking For Previous assembly or manufacturing experience Basic electrical wiring knowledge Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams Good attention to detail and manual dexterity A reliable team player with a strong work ethic Commitment to quality, safety, and meeting production targetsIf you're looking for a stable manufacturing role with excellent earning potential and the opportunity to develop your skills, we'd love to hear from you.
