Our client in Bourne, a leading producer of high-quality herbs, is looking for a motivated Line Leader (Cut) to join their day shift team. You will lead a production line, ensuring efficient packing, product quality, and adherence to health & safety standards.

Nights working pattern is Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday from 19:00 - 03:30, pay rate is £14.59 per hour. Days working pattern is 2 ON - 2 OFF - 3 ON from 07:00 - 19:00, pay rate is £13.59 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a production team to meet efficiency and quality targets.
  • Monitor line performance, reduce downtime, and manage waste.
  • Coach and support team members, driving continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate production records and full traceability.
  • Ensure machinery is correctly set up, cleaned, and maintained.
  • Uphold hygiene, GMP, and health & safety standards.
Requirements
  • Experience in food production or FMCG preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Hands-on, flexible, and problem-solving attitude.
