The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Factory Labourer to join our client's team in Bolton. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period. You'll be working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting daily production activities and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Work efficiently in a busy industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and in line with company procedures.
- Support colleagues and other departments as required.
- Follow clear instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety rules and company policies at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment preferred.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well as part of a team.
- Physically fit - capable of bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of production processes and machinery.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools advantageous.
- Positive, punctual, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
Working Hours
- Full time - 38 hours per week Monday to Friday, with an early finish on Fridays.
- In-person role.
Hourly Rate
- Competitive rate of pay, dependent on experience.
