Export Sales Administrator
Bolton £30,000 per annum 37.5 Hours Per Week Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break) Friday: 8:30am - 2:00pm
The Best Connection Bolton is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our well-established client based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team in a varied customer-focused role, with the potential for long-term career development.
Must have experience in - Raising Certificates of Origin and insurance certificates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer enquiries, availability requests, pricing queries, and sample requests
- Quoting customers and entering quotations onto the system. Raising Certificates of Origin and insurance certificates.
- Creating new customer accounts, product codes, and SKUs
- Processing customer orders and raising works orders
- Coordinating transport and liaising with hauliers from quotation through to delivery
- Preparing dispatch notes, packing lists, certificates of origin, and insurance certificates
- Managing proforma invoices and export documentation
- Shipping coordination with customers and internal departments
- Maintaining order books and updating outstanding order reports
- Handling customer complaints, investigating issues, and ensuring resolutions are completed
- Managing product samples and communicating with manufacturing and warehouse teams
- Liaising with drivers, transport providers, and external suppliers
- General office and administration duties
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service or sales administration experience
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Experience within manufacturing, logistics, export, or order processing environments would be advantageous
