Our client based in Birtley has recently secured a prestigious new contract and is looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to support increased demand.

Job Details

  • Class 2 driver
  • Palletised deliveries
  • Multidrop work (approximately 8-10 drops per shift)
  • Tail-lift deliveries using a pump truck
  • North East deliveries to regular, repeat destinations

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 07:00 start time
  • No weekend work

Pay

  • £15.00 per hour (PAYE)
  • Holiday accrued separately (not rolled into pay)
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate

Driver Requirements

  • Valid Class 2 (C) licence
  • Valid CPC
  • Valid Digi-tachograph card
  • Minimum 2 years' Class 2 driving experience for insurance purposes
  • Good knowledge of the North East preferred
  • Reliable and professional approach
