Our client, manufacturers of fire rated and security products, are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operative to join their Redditch team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well‑established company with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and employee development. This position will lead to a permanent contract within the company after a successful trial period.
Role Details
- Fabrication and Welding Experience
- Press brake experience
- Painting and powder experience
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the production process
- Carrying out basic maintenance and quality checks
- Working as part of a supportive, fast‑paced team
Weekly shift pattern and Pay Rate
08.00am – 16.30pm Monday to Friday
Competitive starting pay of £14.50 per hour leading to £15.00 when completed 13 weeks.
