Experienced Machine Operators - Bilston
The Best Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established client based in Bilston. We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy production team manufacturing products. This is an excellent long-term temporary to permanent opportunity for reliable candidates who are looking to develop their skills and secure permanent employment.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours:
- Training Period (First 6 Weeks): Monday to Friday 07:00 - 16:00
- Permanent Twilight Shift (After Training): Monday to Friday 16:00 - 00:00
Please note: Candidates must be willing to work the permanent twilight shift once the training period has been completed.
Duties Include:
- Operating a variety of production machinery including: Printers, Guillotines, CNC Machines
- Basic assembly work using hand tools
- Following production schedules and quality standards
- Working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Manual handling and some lifting as required
Requirements:
- Previous machine operating experience is essential
- Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to undertake training on day shifts before moving to permanent twilight shifts
- Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic
