The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a facilities manager for our busy client based in Bexleyheath.
This is a temporary role with the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.
Pay for this role will start at £17.06 per hour.
The hours of work can be flexible but will be required to work 10 hours a day 5 days a week.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Managing a team of 22 staff, mixture of cleaners and security.
- Dealing with day to day scheduling
- Reports / incident reports
- Doing 1 to 1's with staff
- Logging all hr information
- Dealing with any issues that may arise.
This is a very hands on role, the ideal candidate will have a background in managing a team, hr experience. Previous experience within facilities management is essential.
