The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a facilities manager for our busy client based in Bexleyheath. This is a permanent role for the right candidate. Salary is £44,380 p/a. The hours of work can be flexible but will be required to work 10 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 22 staff, mixture of cleaners and security.
- Dealing with day to day scheduling.
- Reports / incident reports.
- Doing 1 to 1's with staff.
- Logging all HR information.
- Dealing with any issues that may arise.
This is a very hands-on role; the ideal candidate will have a background in managing a team and HR experience. Previous experience within facilities management is essential.
