The Best Connection are recruiting for a Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner on behalf our client based in Aintree.

The role includes the following:

  • Select appropriate wood types and materials, and prepare them according to detailed specifications
  • Craft bespoke cabinets, furniture and architectural features tailored to ecclesiastical and luxury home environments
  • Execute precise joinery techniques including dovetailing, mortise and tenon and other traditional woodworking joints
  • Operate hand tools such as chisels, saws and Operate power tools such as sanders, routers, drills
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all work meets design specifications and craftsmanship standards
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics and cutting lists with precision
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow joiners, carpenters and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution

Key Requirements:

  • Proven relevant experience or apprenticeships
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools with strong joinery knowledge
  • High standards of precision and craftsmanship
  • Capable of resolving fabrication issues efficiently
  • Hold a valid CSCS card

The working hours are 08:30 – 16:30, Mon – Fri.
