RECYCLING OPERATIVE
Location: Bellshill
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Overtime: Available
We are currently looking for Recycling Operatives to join our team in Bellshill. This is a hands-on role working within a busy recycling and materials-handling environment.
If you're physically fit, reliable and don't mind working outdoors and getting stuck in, this could be a great opportunity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sorting and separating recyclable materials
- Handling materials including aluminium, stainless steel, copper and other metals
- Loading, unloading and moving materials around the site
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Supporting the wider yard team with general duties
- Following site procedures and Health & Safety requirements
- Wearing the correct PPE at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work as part of a team
- Good attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Comfortable working in an outdoor/yard environment
- Previous experience in recycling, waste management, yard work, warehouse or general labour is advantageous but not essential
