The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Call Centre Agent to join a busy customer service team in Goldthorpe, Rotherham.
Hours: 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm (Monday to Friday, no weekends)
Duties include:
- Handling customer enquiries and service requests
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs across the UK
- Supporting customers with orders and online systems
- Assisting with onboarding onto the company platform
- General admin and customer service support
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using systems and handling multiple tasks
