We're recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing business in Wombwell. This is a permanent role offering long-term stability and progression.
Pay Rates:
- £12.86 per hour (Days)
- +30% shift allowance (Afters)
- +40% shift allowance (Nights)
The Role:
You'll be assembling mechanical components into finished products, working from engineering drawings and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. There is also scope to progress into more advanced assembly, including wiring and machine interfacing.
Key Duties:
- Assemble products to specification and quality standards
- Read and work from engineering drawings
- Carry out basic wiring/cabling where required
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Report faults and quality issues
