We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative who holds a valid Counterbalance forklift ticket to join our client's team at an event supplier warehouse in Aylesford. This is primarily a varied warehouse assistant role, but you will be required to operate the forklift throughout the day to support stock movement. Key Responsibilities- General warehouse duties, including organising stock layout and maintaining a clean work environment
- Safely operating a Counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move event stock as required throughout the day
- Preparing and prepping event items for despatch
- Undertaking basic maintenance work on event equipment using hand and power tools (including occasional light painting)
- A valid Counterbalance forklift licence/ticket (in‑house certificates will be considered)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Comfortable using basic hand and power tools for equipment upkeep
- A hard‑working, flexible attitude with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the warehouse
