Customer Service Agent
Are you a people person who enjoys talking to customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our clients Customer Service Team on a temporary basis!
Previous telephone experience is essential!
This role is on a 5/7 rota (Weekends included!)
Aylesford
£13.25 per hour
9 hours between 6am and Midnight.
Temp / Temp2perm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be part of a dynamic team handling up to 1,000 calls per day. Up to 4 minutes per call.
- Take orders, assist clients, and offer promotional deals.
- Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction with every call.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing friendly and professional support
What We're Looking For:
- A chatty, outgoing personality and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service English Speaking.
- You don't need to come from a call centre background, but you must be confident working in a fast-moving environment
