The Best Connection Group Limited are currently looking for full‑time, reliable Assembly / Production Operatives for a well‑established client based in the Knutsford area. This position requires some previous assembly or production experience.

The role involves:

  • Assembling valves from machined components
  • Carrying out basic functional testing
  • Using hand tools such as spanners
  • Packing and preparing items for dispatch
  • Supporting general workshop duties
  • Working towards daily production targets
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Manual handling (some departments are more physically demanding)

There are three departments recruiting, with one department offering lighter duties and two involving heavier manual work.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Are hard‑working and reliable
  • Have a positive, team‑focused attitude
  • Show strong attention to detail
  • Have good communication skills
  • Possess strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Have basic computer skills for data entry
  • Are flexible for overtime when required

Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

Pay: £12.94 per hour

Overtime available at £19.41 per hour

Additional information: Temporary to permanent roles. Interviews required as part of the process. Candidates must live locally to Knutsford or have their own transport.
