We're looking for a reliable Assembly Operative/ Order Picker/ Packers to join our client in the PR2 area of Preston. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with assembly experience who enjoys hands‑on work, problem solving, and following clear instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assembly work following written and verbal instructions
- Assess and identify issues during the assembly process
- Escalate faults or concerns to the appropriate team
- Pick products from locations
- Pack products per customer specification
- Use a computer and Microsoft packages to update work records
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage workload
- Confident using a PC and Microsoft Office packages
- Previous assembly or hands-on manufacturing experience
- Strong communication and written skills
- Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30
- Occasional overtime available
- Weekly pay
- Holiday accrual on hours worked
