The Best Connection Oldham are currently recruiting a Part Time Administrator for our client in the Ashton-Under-Lyne area. A strong background in Admin is essential to apply and we can only consider applications that indicate you've this experience. This is 6-8 months cover that could possibly lead to a permanent role. Lots of further training on offer, so you must have a thirst to develop your skill set. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected local employer.
Hours: 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 0900-1700
Pay rate: £14.84 per hour
Responsibilities of the administrator:
- General admin duties
- Sorting incoming / outgoing post
- Raising purchase order numbers
- Processing invoices
- Ordering stationary and uniforms
- Arranging meetings
- Updating employee records
- Preparing contracts and arranging inductions for new employees
Requirements of the administrator:
- Attention to detail
- PC literate
- Confident answering the phone and emails
