This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous leadership experience within a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or print environment who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support production teams to achieve daily targets.
- Monitor workflow and ensure productivity levels are maintained.
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Provide guidance, training and support to team members.
- Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Report any operational issues to management.
- Assist with staff allocation and shift planning.
- Drive a positive and motivated working environment.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Operative experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends.
- Experience within a print, manufacturing, production or warehouse environment would be advantageous.
