Cleaner in Ashford

We are currently recruiting for part time cleaners and car park marshalls for our client based in Ashford.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Facilities Duties:

• Clean and sanitise public areas including entrances, toilets, walkways, and food court zones.
• Empty bins regularly and ensure waste areas are kept tidy and hygienic.
• Restock cleaning supplies in restrooms and ensure dispensers are functional.
• Identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to health & safety regulations and COSHH guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site.

Car Park Marshalling Duties:

• Monitor and guide vehicle flow to ensure safe and efficient parking.
• Assist visitors with directions and general enquiries related to parking.
• Report any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity to site management.
• Ensure designated parking areas are kept clear and accessible.
• Support traffic control during peak times and special events.
• Maintain visibility and professionalism while representing the site.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, or marshalling roles is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (for car park duties).
• Understanding of health & safety and COSHH regulations desireable.
