Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads, including sourdough, focaccia, baguettes, and tinned loaves
- Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation across all products
- Support the wider production team with the preparation of patisserie and baked goods
- Work to daily production schedules for wholesale and retail orders
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
