We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced Waitrose distribution environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking to build a career within logistics.
You will be working within a fast pace environment supporting the smooth running of operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently. Heavy lifting is involved up to 40kg.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Working to targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
- Loading and unloading deliveries where required
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workspace
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial
- Competitive hourly pay with evening premium rate
- Stable AM shift pattern - any 5 days out of 7 rota
