We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative / Van Driver to join our clients team. This is a varied role that combines warehouse duties with van driving responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Loading, unloading, and moving timber products safely within the warehouse
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Carrying out stock handling and general warehouse duties
- Delivering timber and related goods to customers using a company van
- Ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Performing vehicle checks and reporting any issues
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous warehouse and/or van driving experience preferred
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Good timekeeping and a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
