Temporary Production Operatives
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (to be confirmed)
Contract: Temporary - Peak Season
We are currently recruiting for Temporary Production Operatives to support a busy operation in Alton during a peak period.
This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals looking for temporary work within a fast-paced working environment. The successful candidates will assist with day-to-day production activities, helping to ensure work is completed efficiently and deadlines are met.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with general production activities.
- Working on production lines.
- Packing and preparing products.
- Labelling and sorting items.
- Moving materials and replenishing supplies as required.
- Carrying out general duties to support the smooth running of daily operations.
- Working as part of a team to meet production requirements.
The Successful Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Be able to follow instructions.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Be comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Be able to commute reliably to Alton.
- Be available for the required working hours throughout the peak period.
Previous production or warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential, subject to the requirements of the role.
