The Best Connection Mansfield are seeking a Warehouse Administrator for a well-known company that provides cutting-edge logistics solutions for multinational companies, based in South Normanton, Alfreton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations teams.
- Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and WMS, generating reports for internal and customer use.
- Produce, issue, control, and manage documentation for warehouse operatives.
- Maintain inventory paperwork, including recordkeeping and perpetual inventory activities.
- Compile operational KPIs and safety statistics; support health & safety compliance.
- Liaise with warehouse, transport teams, and vendors to resolve logistical or documentation discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and act on own initiative.
- Strong computer experience/skill - no particular system experience necessary, Microsoft mainly.
- Customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communicator (fast-paced environment).
- Pro-active & helpful attitude.
- Ability to work alone & in a team.
- Open to multi-skilling/flexible to working demands.
- Reliable & hard-working.
Working hours: 1000 - 1800 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour
