The Role
- Managing day-to-day operational activities
- Supporting wider business functions and contributing across multiple areas
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ensuring operations run efficiently and effectively
- Using Unleashed software as a key part of the role
- Supporting the team with general account management and administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an account management/operations role
- Strong working knowledge and experience using Unleashed software - essential
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- Reliable, professional and proactive
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Salary & Working Hours
Salary: £34,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: 07:30-16:30, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temp-to-perm
