The Role
As a Glass Cutting Operative, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process, from setting and operating specialist glass cutting machinery through to preparing finished products for dispatch.
Working with large glass panels, you'll ensure products are manufactured safely, accurately and to the highest quality standards.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Setting up and operating specialist glass cutting machinery.
- Safely handling and moving large sheets of glass throughout the production process.
- Transferring glass to the correct workstations for the next stage of manufacture.
- Monitoring and overseeing the heat treatment process using enclosed furnace equipment.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Shrink wrapping completed products ready for dispatch.
