The Best Connection Eastbourne is actively recruiting Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a trusted logistics partner based in Hailsham. If you're looking for regular work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Multidrop pallet deliveries across designated routes.
- Safely transporting goods and ensuring loads are secure.
- Performing daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
- Complying with driver hours legislation and working time regulations.
- Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately and efficiently.
(Please note: your role may not be limited to these tasks)
What you'll need & what you'll get
Requirements:
- Valid Class 2 (Cat C) Licence.
- Valid CPC Qualification Card.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous Class 2 driving and multidrop delivery experience preferred.
- Good understanding of driver hours and transport compliance.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
