The Best Connection is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a well-established manufacturing company based in Chard.

The Role
- Making and assembling boxes and packing products.
- General warehouse and production duties.
- Packing, handling and preparing products for dispatch.
- Quality checking finished products.
- Keeping the work area clean, organised and safe.
- Following health and safety procedures at all times.
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
Pay Rates
- Monday to Friday: £13.00 per hour.
- Weekend shifts: £19.50 per hour.
Working Hours
Rotating shifts:
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
- 22:00 - 06:00
Ad-hoc shifts are also available for those looking for flexible work, subject to availability.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not essential.
- A positive, hands-on approach to work.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.
- Willing to follow instructions and health and safety procedures.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts where required.
