Shift Patterns
- 5:00am - 5:00pm
- 9:00am - 9:00pm
- 4 on, 4 off rota
The Role
As a Skilled Food Operative, you will play a key role within a busy production environment, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Duties include:
- Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets
- Following production processes and quality procedures
- Carrying out packing and general production duties
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Supporting the smooth running of manufacturing operations
- Working closely with colleagues and team leaders to achieve operational goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience is desirable
- Reliable, motivated and hardworking attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills
