Warehouse & Delivery Driver Operative
Location: Lichfield
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
Contract: 18-Week Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse/ Delivery Driver Operative on behalf of our client based in Lichfield. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering a long-term position with the chance to secure a permanent contract after 18 weeks.
This is a varied role, with approximately 3 days spent in the warehouse and 2 days carrying out deliveries. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining warehouse operations while ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and professionally.
- Loading and unloading furniture and stock
- Maintaining a clean, organised warehouse
- Moving furniture and products throughout the warehouse
- Assisting with stock management and order preparation
- Completing deliveries to customers across the local area
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and moving furniture throughout the day
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good organisational skills and a strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- £13.50 per hour
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- No weekend work
- 18-week temp-to-perm opportunity
- Pay increase once permanent
- Immediate start available
