Salary & Package:
Entry Level Consultant (No Experience)
- Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
- First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000–£30,000 with commission
Experienced Recruitment Consultant
- Basic Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
- OTE: £31,000 – £34,000 with commission
Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Basic Salary: £32,500
- OTE: £35,000 – £38,000 with commission
- Company car / car allowance (£400 per month)
About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Proactively identify and win new clients through sales calls and face-to-face visits
- Source, interview, and match candidates to roles while maintaining high levels of compliance and quality
- Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and training
