No recruitment experience is needed — we provide full training, guidance and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Salary & Package:
- Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
- First‑Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Build strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face‑to‑face client visits
- Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
- Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training
