We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of your client portfolio, drive business development, and mentor junior team members while maximising your earnings in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment.
Salary & Package – Senior Level:
- Base Salary: £33,500
- Commission/OTE: £37,000 – £39,000
- Car Allowance: £400 per month, or the option of a company car
About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior clients and candidates
- Drive new business opportunities through strategic sales and networking
- Mentor and support junior recruitment consultants
- Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full company support
