At The Best Connection Group, we’re looking for a driven HR Consultant to join our dynamic People Services team. What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our HR Manager and Head of Legal Services to deliver outstanding HR support and impactful projects. You’ll:
- Manage a personal caseload of employee‑relations issues
- Lead on policy reviews and drive process improvements
- Work closely with HR Consultant colleagues
- Play a strategic role in improving HR practices across the business

You’ll begin your journey at our People Services Centre in Halesowen, where you’ll immerse yourself in our values, culture, and team.

Who We’re Looking For
You’ll bring:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and case management
- Experience with HRIS and HR project delivery
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
Even better if you also have:
- CIPD Level 7
- Exposure to multi‑site or complex business environments
- Familiarity with HR analytics tools or project methodologies
