Salary & Package – Clear Progression:
- Entry‑Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)
- Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
- First‑Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
- Full training and support provided
- £28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience
- OTE: £31,000 – £34,000
About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face‑to‑face visits
- Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)
- Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support
