Modular Cabin Refurbishment Operative
Location: WN2, Wigan
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

The Role - Purpose
You will be responsible for refurbishing, modernising, or fully renewing modular accommodation units, ensuring each cabin is restored to a high-quality, "good-as-new" standard and ready for hire.

Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a practical, hands-on individual with strong general DIY skills who is flexible and willing to carry out a variety of tasks, including:
- Manual preparation for painting
- Basic plumbing work
- Fitting windows and doors
- General maintenance and repairs
- Safe use of power tools
- Removing and replacing flooring
- Removing and fitting wall and ceiling panels
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship in line with customer expectations
What We're Looking For
You should be semi-skilled or multi-skilled, with experience in one or more of the following:
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential.
