Salary: £17.69 per hour (includes 22% shift allowance)

Rotating shifts:
06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled manufacturing professional to support the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, ensuring conduits are produced to the required drawings and specifications.
Alongside your technical responsibilities, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to the team, helping to maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate machinery to meet production requirements
- Ensure products are manufactured in line with drawings and specifications
- Support the efficient day-to-day running of the department
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor quality standards and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain a safe and organised working environment
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Machine Setter within a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with production machinery
- Ability to lead and support a team effectively
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
Competitive hourly rate of
£14.50+ depending on experience
22% shift allowance for rotating shifts
