The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of a client in Aldridge for a reliable and organised Stock Controller to support shopfloor operations. This is a hands-on role responsible for managing stock across the shopfloor stockroom and industrial vending machine, ensuring materials are always available to support production.

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
  • Friday: 08:00 - 15:00
  • 38.5 paid hours per week

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Duties Include:

  • Managing stock levels and vending machine replenishment
  • Carrying out stock checks and cycle counts
  • Raising purchase orders and sourcing suppliers
  • Liaising with shopfloor teams on stock requirements
  • Maintaining accurate stock and purchasing records

Requirements:

  • Previous stock control or inventory experience
  • Confident working in a shopfloor environment
