Job Summary
We are currently recruiting a Manufacturing Operative to support a busy print factory in Uckfield. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in manufacturing or print to develop their career in a fast-paced environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Operating and overseeing print machinery to ensure efficient production
- Setting up machines, including adjustments for different print runs
- Monitoring quality of printed materials to meet company standards
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Processing orders using handheld scanners and warehouse systems.
- Conducting quality checks on products.
- Loading and unloading materials safely
- Completing production paperwork and logging output
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Following health & safety procedures at all times
Health & Safety
- Adhere strictly to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Remain vigilant, alert, and aware of surrounding risks at all times
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.

- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good attention to detail and teamwork skills
