We are looking for a proactive and organised Transport Coordinator to join our busy logistics team on a night shift basis. You will play a key role in ensuring transport operations run smoothly, supporting drivers, and maintaining efficient delivery schedules.
Location: Worksop
Shift: 18:00 - 06:00 (4 on / 4 off)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily transport operations and deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact for drivers, handling queries and delays
- Communicate with warehouse teams and external stakeholders
- Assist with route planning and ensure accurate delivery information
- Maintain transport records, reports, and delivery documentation
- Ensure compliance with transport regulations, driver hours, and H&S
About You:
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or fleet administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve effectively
- Good IT skills and high attention to detail
- Knowledge of driver hours/tachographs (desirable)
