We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced
Pivot Steer/Flexi Forklift Driver to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual looking for a long-term role with competitive pay and great benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Pivot Steer/Flexi Forklift Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse and designated external areas.
- Load and unload deliveries from containers and vehicles.
- Move stock accurately to designated storage and dispatch locations.
- Carry out routine vehicle checks and report any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Ensure inventory is handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse colleagues to support operational efficiency.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and site regulations.
Requirements
- Valid Pivot Steer/Flexi Forklift Licence (essential).
- Previous experience operating a Flexi Forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse health and safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexible approach to working hours and overtime when required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous.
- Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Experience operating other types of forklift trucks.
- Familiarity with handheld scanners.
Flexible Shift Patterns Available
- Day shifts (5 out of 7 days)
- Evening shifts
