Our client, a well-established company, is looking for a Technical Service Executive to join their customer service team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, delivering excellent customer service, and working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Handle equipment breakdowns, parts orders, and complaints
- Maximise First Line Resolution to reduce overhead costs and improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and resolutions
- Adapt to weekly changing shifts and flexible working patterns
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently
- Flexible and available to work 5 days over 7, including weekends
- Comfortable working varying shifts between 08:00 - 20:00 (Mon-Sat) and 09:00 - 17:00 (Sun)
Pay
£13.28 per hour. Overtime after 37.5 hours worked, £19.92 per hour.
