The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Team Supervisor role covering Recycling Centres in Alsager, Crewe, Knutsford, and Macclesfield.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence or bike licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Ability to travel between all 4 sites
Main Duties:
- Supervising and leading a team to ensure safe daily operations
- Allocating roles and responsibilities across the site team
- Carrying out routine monitoring in line with company Internal Management Systems (IMS)
- Supporting the safe and efficient running of Recycling Centres
- Acting as the first escalation point for customer complaints, incidents, or conflicts
- Ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed
