Location: Swindon. Salary: £13.73 per hour (PAYE). Hours: Monday to Friday, 05:30am - 14:00pm.

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections
- Mix and match paints to achieve required colours and finishes
- Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring a consistent finish
- Maintain tools and equipment, including both hand and power tools
- Assist with assembly of components where required for painting processes
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and production targets
- The ability to work fast and efficiently due to high volume
