Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Working Pattern: 6 hours per day between 08:00 and 17:00

Pay Rate: £13.17 per hour

About the RoleThis is a 12-month maternity cover position for a Part-Time Administrator based in Sheffield. The role would suit an organised and reliable individual looking for consistent weekday hours. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing general administrative support to the team
• Accurately entering data and maintaining records
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the office
• Setting up and managing trays on the internal system
• Assisting with filing and document management
• Carrying out other general administration duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Organised, dependable and able to manage your workload effectively
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills through training
• Previous administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
